"La foto del cadáver de Muammar Khadafi difícilmente va a borrar la imagen que el excéntrico y astuto coronel libio forjó en sus 42 años en el poder. Los jefes de Estado –como Nicolás Sarkozy, David Cameron, Silvio Berlusconi, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero y Barack Obama–, que ayer se regocijaron con la noticia de su muerte, fueron sus socios, protectores y benefactores hasta poco antes de que la OTAN lanzara su cacería.

Para Washington su caída es un cambio de régimen disfrazado de “operación humanitaria” para instalar una base del Africom, el Comando de EEUU que hasta ahora tenía su sede en Stuttgart porque ningún país africano quiso hospedarlo.
